📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Transcribe medical dictations accurately using Dragon Medical One and Nuance PowerScribe.
• Review and edit transcribed documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with medical standards.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to clarify any ambiguities in the dictations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest medical terminology and documentation standards.
• Work remotely with occasional on-site requirements in Bali.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all transcribed documents are formatted correctly and ready for medical billing and coding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Transcription, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Transcriber or similar role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Medical Transcription (CMT) or equivalent.
• Experience with Dragon Medical One and Nuance PowerScribe.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
