📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and manage marine operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor and control marine activities using advanced software tools such as Maxsurf and VesselView.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational performance and achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of marine operations and generate reports for management.
• Provide technical support and training to the team on marine operations and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine operations, with a proven track record in managing marine activities.
• Certification in Marine Operations or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using marine operations software such as Maxsurf and VesselView.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
