📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach a variety of courses in D4 Gastronomy & Culinary Arts, including fundamental and advanced culinary techniques, food science, and gastronomic theory.
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and teaching methods to align with industry standards and educational best practices.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training using state-of-the-art kitchen equipment, including commercial ovens, grills, and food preparation tools.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the culinary industry, incorporating new knowledge into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and industry professionals to enhance the quality of education and research.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
• Contribute to the development of the culinary program by participating in curriculum reviews and academic planning processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a culinary arts program or related field.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages, both spoken and written.
• Certification in culinary arts or a related field (e.g., Certified Chef, Certified Pastry Chef, or equivalent).
• Experience in using industry-standard culinary software and tools, such as Food Costing Systems, Recipe Management Systems, and culinary databases.
• Strong knowledge of food science, nutrition, and culinary techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and industry professionals.
• Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
