📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and oversee interior design plans, ensuring they align with project specifications and technical requirements
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate design elements with structural and mechanical systems
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure construction quality and compliance
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to source materials and equipment, and manage project timelines
• Prepare and present technical reports, including cost estimates, material specifications, and project progress updates
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in interior design and technical engineering
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Ensure all design and engineering work complies with relevant regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in interior design and technical engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and technical standards relevant to Bali
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
