📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments using standardized tools such as MMPI, WISC, and other relevant instruments.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to individuals in various healthcare settings.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to ensure holistic client care.
Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in clinical psychology through continuous professional development.
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
Strong background in psychological assessments, including the administration and interpretation of standardized psychological tests.
Experience in developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare system and cultural nuances is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
