📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Train employees on safety protocols and procedures.
• Develop and implement safety programs to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update safety documentation, including risk assessments and incident reports.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and standards, such as Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Permenakertrans) No. 10 of 2018.
• Familiarity with safety management systems, including ISO 45001.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage employees.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
