Build and maintain a strong network of private equity firms and advisory partners to drive growth and innovation in our fintech ecosystem.,Develop and execute partnership strategies to create value for our investors and partners.,Lead and manage a team of partnership managers to ensure the successful execution of partnership strategies.,Conduct due diligence on potential partnerships and advise on investment opportunities.,Represent Stripe at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and thought leadership.,Monitor industry trends and develop insights to inform partnership strategies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of partnership initiatives.,Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Stripe leadership team on partnership-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

10+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or advisory roles.,Proven track record of building and managing high-value relationships with private equity firms and advisory partners.,Deep understanding of the private equity landscape and investment trends.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of partnership managers.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent Stripe at the highest level.,Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial metrics and KPIs.,Familiarity with fintech and the fintech ecosystem is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
