📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control procedures for steel and metal manufacturing processes.,Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.,Identify and resolve quality issues to maintain product consistency and customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior QA engineers on quality control best practices.,Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce defects.,Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in QA engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA engineering, preferably in the steel and metal manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.,Proficiency in using QA software and tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
