PT Kartika Elang is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Makassar. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This is an immediate opening, and the selected candidate will start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product or service improvements.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products or services and drive sales.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and generate leads.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the target market and industry trends.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
