📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing procurement processes, including procurement planning, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date procurement records.
  • Collaborating with the clinic's management team to ensure that procurement activities align with the clinic's goals and objectives.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Providing procurement-related training to staff as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with healthcare procurement standards and regulations.
