📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.,Train and develop staff to ensure they understand and deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor and report on sales performance, and contribute to the development of marketing and promotional strategies.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
