📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.,Source, attract, and recruit candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
