PT Ekspresi Inovasi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Oversee employee training and development programs,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations,Lead and mentor HR team members,Manage HR budget and resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong leadership and team management skills,Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting
