📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
• Use advanced cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning.
• Inspect rooms for damage or maintenance issues and report them promptly to the maintenance team.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guest satisfaction and a seamless check-in and check-out process.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and respectful work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with advanced cleaning equipment and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
