Shine Plus Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Purchasing Staff to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. This role is crucial in supporting our purchasing department to ensure smooth operations and efficient procurement processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain and update purchasing records and databases.
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on received goods.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing purchasing reports.
  • Support the purchasing team in achieving departmental targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
