📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for assigned pharmacy chains
• Manage and nurture key customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present compelling sales proposals and pitches
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and build relationships
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to pharmacy chains

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field in the pharmaceutical or hygiene products industry
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
