Local Town Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Singkawang. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and other accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and a passion for learning and growing within the finance industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Process and input invoices, receipts, and other financial documents into the accounting system.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.
