📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead instructor in planning and preparing training materials.,Support the instructor during training sessions by assisting students with their questions and concerns.,Help in evaluating student progress and providing feedback.,Maintain a clean and organized training environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the training department.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the training programs.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably related to education or training.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with training and instructional methods.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
