📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of architectural and interior design projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, including architects, designers, and other tradespeople.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation and reports.
• Provide guidance and support to subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure the best possible outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural or interior design site supervision.
• Proven track record of managing and coordinating construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software is a plus.
