📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow our affiliate network by identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new affiliate partners.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and affiliate-specific platforms like CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, and ShareASale.
• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to maximize revenue and ROI.
• Create and distribute affiliate marketing materials, including banners, links, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate affiliate marketing efforts with overall digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team on affiliate performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
• Assist in the development and implementation of affiliate marketing training programs for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and affiliate marketing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other affiliate marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
