Bay Camp Indonesia is seeking a highly experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to join our team in Blitar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management and a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.,Ensure the smooth flow of goods from receipt to delivery, maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect employees and prevent accidents.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to ensure optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues related to goods receipt and delivery.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse transactions and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a logistics or supply chain environment.,Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.,Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and other relevant tools and technologies.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
