📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients in the outpatient setting.
  • Dispense medications accurately and safely, ensuring patient compliance with prescribed treatments.
  • Review and interpret patient medical records to provide appropriate medication recommendations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical guidelines and best practices.
  • Perform routine pharmacy inventory management and restocking.
  • Assist in the training and supervision of junior pharmacy staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Valid pharmacy license and registration with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient pharmacy.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations, drug interactions, and therapeutic equivalencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
