Sehati Eko Kitchen is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations. We offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment and facilities.,Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in the kitchen.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on kitchen equipment.,Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and replacements.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.,Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment.,Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in kitchen environments.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in food service industry.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
