📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet quality standards.,Document and report quality issues and discrepancies.,Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement quality improvements.,Maintain and update quality control procedures and documentation.,Perform root cause analysis to identify and address quality problems.,Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulations.,Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and standards.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations.
