Microtronics Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Procurement Engineer/Executive to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from identifying supplier needs to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that we have the right materials at the right time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process, including supplier identification, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure that materials are available when needed.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality materials.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on the electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
