As a Logistics Assistant Manager, you will manage and coordinate daily logistics activities, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work with various stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors, to maintain strong relationships and drive continuous improvement. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 15,000,000 - 18,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse activities, and transportation coordination.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all logistics activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff to ensure high standards of performance and compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the company's growth and expansion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with at least 2 years in a similar role within the steel manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in managing logistics operations, including inventory control, warehouse management, and transportation coordination.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards in steel manufacturing is a plus.
