📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, PMP) is a plus.
