📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity and consistency,Develop and implement technical writing best practices and standards,Assist in the creation of user manuals, guides, and other technical materials,Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical writing skills,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools,Familiarity with technical documentation standards and best practices,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
