📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events to ensure they run smoothly.,Manage guest lists, seating arrangements, and event logistics.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet guests and ensure their needs are met.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.,Assist in the preparation of event menus and ensure food and beverage services are up to standard.,Support the Banquet Manager in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with banquet and event planning software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.
