📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and business proposals to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the retail or distribution industry.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Fluency in English and Indonesia.
