📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently using SAP and other financial software.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Monitor and reconcile financial documents to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Provide financial support to internal teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficient in using SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and other financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Certification in financial accounting or a related field is a plus.
